• Minimum 1 year of experience managing a team of at least 10 people (supervisory experience is acceptable).

• Experience in front-of-house operations and management in a restaurant or café.

• Fluent in both Thai and English (spoken and written).

• Passionate about hospitality, food, beverages, and design.

• Enjoys working with and interacting with people.

• Proactive with a strong sense of initiative.

• Open-minded and adaptable.

• Self-motivated and able to work independently.

• Proven track record of taking ownership and driving results.

• มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 1 ปีในการบริหารทีมอย่างน้อย 10 คน (มีประสบการณ์ในตำแหน่ง Supervisor สามารถพิจารณาได้)

• มีความหลงใหลในงานบริการ อาหาร เครื่องดื่ม และงานดีไซน์

• ชอบทำงานร่วมกับผู้อื่นและมีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ที่ดี

• มีความกระตือรือร้นและมีความคิดริเริ่มในการทำงาน

• เปิดกว้าง พร้อมปรับตัว และยืดหยุ่นในการทำงาน

• มีแรงจูงใจในการทำงาน สามารถทำงานได้ด้วยตนเอง
