⎼ Manage or support overall store operations to maintain high standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness (QSC)⎼ Lead, train, and develop store staff and candidate leaders to elevate operational performance⎼ Oversee staff recruitment, work scheduling, daily operations, and inventory/sales cash management⎼ Assist in new store openings, operational setups, and staff training programs⎼ Serve as a communication bridge between Japanese management and local staff (interpretation and translation)⎼ Handle customer relations, feedback, and complaint management effectively⎼ Other related tasks as assigned
