As a Supervisor at Stoke, you are the face of the restaurant during service. You lead the front-of-house team on the floor, ensuring smooth daily operations and the highest level of hospitality for every guest. You support the team by being present, solving challenges quickly, motivating staff, and creating a positive and professional atmosphere. This role requires strong people skills, leadership, and an eye for detail to make sure every shift runs seamlessly.
Service and Operations
Lead the FOH team during service, ensuring smooth coordination with the kitchen.
Maintain perfect knowledge of all food, beverages, and wines.
Ensure every guest feels welcomed, cared for, and leaves satisfied, handling guest feedback and complaints with professionalism and quick solutions.
Uphold service standards (Sequence of Service, SOPs) and ensure the team follows them consistently.
Keep all areas of the restaurant clean, organized, and properly staffed.
Monitor and manage stock levels for beverages and service items during shifts.
Support upselling initiatives to maximize revenue and train staff in upselling techniques.

ชั่วโมงการทำงาน
Work week is 48 hours. There are 6 days off plus public holiday.
