1.Assist Operations Project Manager in planning and executing operational projects
2.Track project timelines and ensure tasks are completed on schedule
3.Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Production, Sales, Marketing, Finance)
4.Maintain project documentation and reports
5.Monitor project progress and identify potential delays or issues
6.Prepare meeting notes and follow up on action items
7.Support process improvement initiatives within operations

Requirements: 1.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, or related fields
2.1–3 years experience in operations, project coordination, or business operations
3.Strong organizational and time management skills
4.Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets
5.Good communication and coordination skills
6.Detail-oriented and proactive in following up tasks
