Responsibilities:- Prepare pizza dough and manage fermentation- Stretch dough by hand- Prepare and organize toppings- Work with a high-temperature pizza oven- Maintain consistent quality and presentation- Keep the pizza station clean and organized- Manage preparation and stock for the pizza section
