Requirements
Requirements: • Set the Vibe: Welcome guests with authentic warmth, energy, and professionalism from the moment they step through the door.
• Storytelling & Recommendations: Learn our menu inside and out. Confidently guide guests through our food, wine, and cocktail offerings, using suggestive selling to elevate their dining experience.
• Anticipatory Service: Read your tables. Anticipate guest needs before they have to ask—whether it’s a water top-up, a fresh napkin, or clearing plates at the perfect moment.
• Speed & Efficiency: Move with urgency and grace during high-volume peak hours. Ensure tables are turned, cleaned, and reset to immaculate standards swiftly.
• Seamless Communication: Maintain fluid, clear communication between the floor, the bar, and the kitchen team to ensure flawless dish timing and accuracy.
• Knowledge Accountability: Actively participate in ongoing briefings, menu tastings, and mandatory service standard assessments to keep your skills and product knowledge razor-sharp.
