Requirements
Requirements: 1. Took ownership during client meetings and proactively raised improvement queries for the LOZO project.
2. Planned and implemented a structured QA process for LOZO, which is currently working effectively.
3. Regularly supported and guided team members to help them avoid blockers on the LOZO project.
4. Maintained clear and effective communication with the client, developers, PM, and other stakeholders.
5. Actively contributed to the RJIT project by handling end-to-end QA responsibilities to ensure a successful release.
6. Worked closely with developers on RJIT, providing timely support whenever required.
7. Proactively raised improvement suggestions and queries in relevant channels to enhance the RJIT project.
