Seeking a highly driven, operationally fierce, and detail-oriented Assistant Restaurant Manager to lead our front-of-house team and uphold our brand’s strict standards of hospitality.

Requirements
Requirements: • Experience: Minimum of 2–4 years of progressive supervisory or management experience in a fast-paced, high-volume premium bistro, casual fine dining, or busy upscale bar environment.
• Leadership Style: A "lead-by-example" mentality. Possess a strong, authoritative, yet supportive leadership presence that commands respect from both service and kitchen teams.
• Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Ability to deliver clear directives to staff and concise, data-driven operational updates to owners and directors.
• Problem-Solving: Highly adaptable with a proven track record of making sharp, analytical decisions on the fly during high-stress services.
• Tech Savvy: Proficient with modern POS systems, reservation management software and standard administrative tools (Excel/Word).
• Flexibility: Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including split shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required by the business.
